As part of our Friends of Technology project, we created a survey for participating preschool teachers to better understand their backgrounds, experiences, and expectations regarding the use of technology in early childhood education. The survey explored teachers’ familiarity with eTwinning projects , their use of Web 2.0 tools in the classroom, and their confidence in introducing technology-based activities to young learners. It also asked teachers about their expectations for student engagement during project activities. Teachers shared their motivations for joining the project, including collaboration with peers , learning new digital tools , and cultural exchange . The survey also gathered insights on how teachers anticipate the project might influence their professional development , future teaching practices , and parent involvement .
